Conrad Botzum Farmhouse wedding reception?

Any Knotties with an upcoming reception at Conrad Botzum Farmhouse in Penninsula, Ohio?  After much consideration, we're hopeful to go out there this week to see it for a September 2011 wedding reception held there (*note, reception, not ceremony).

    I had looked into it, but decided against it because we would have to pay for all of the equipment (tables, chairs, etc) ourselves and also because there is no air condition and I was worried in May, it'd be too hot to gamble w/no air.  But it is a beautiful location.

    Also, I would suggest that you walk through at least 2 or 3 venue locations so you can get a better idea of what you want. If you like the farm/natural feel I would also check out Hale Farm. Good luck!
