Venue that allows you to bring your own food? Please help!

I have been trying to find a affordable venue that allows you to bring in your own food and possibly alcohol. We are on a tight budget and I cant see us being able to afford a caterer:) any input would be great! (and preferably the northwest suburbs)

It is located in the city, but it does allow you to bring your own food and booze.  I think you just need a licensed server for the alcohol.
