Limos or trolleys in Northwest suburbs

looking for some wedding day transportation for my party of 13 people. Anyone have any recommendations on affordable local limos or trolleys? Don't want to spend over 500....

    I would recommend M&M for limos (I believe they are located in Des Plaines) and Flying Lady Livery for trolleys (in the O'Hare area).
