We're getting ready to order flowers for a downtown Chicago hotel reception.  Other than the guest tables, gift table, and head table, are there any other tables that need centerpieces?

The guest book and escort card tables, depending on what you're doing with them.

We're going to combine the guestbook and gift table.  No escort cards - place cards on the table and a frame with table numbers.

Do we really need centerpieces on the bridal party table?  I was thinking the bridesmaids' flowers would be enough.

In every wedding I've been in, they've just used BM bouquets on the BP table instead of having additional centerpieces. We had a sweetheart table and reused the flowers from the ceremony to decorate it and they reused the aisle decor throughout the venue.
Might as well make the most of the flowers you're buying!
