Picture in signature?

How do I put a picture in my signature and not have it be HUGE?  I tried to put one from a picasa album but the picture came out massive.  Is there a way to make sure it's a smaller size?

try tinypic.com and upload there. If you pick the option thumbnail or the one right after it (email I think?) those are regular-sized

Looks like it worked...I used the "Direct Link for Layouts" that it gives you.
