Renting dishes and glasses

Does anyone know of a place to rent dishes and glassware in Youngstown? My 9-11 wedding is at the Davis center at Fellows Riverside Garden, and they do not provide those things.  If anyone has rented from a place, please fill me in on your experience. Do they deliver? who cleans them?  Do they pick them up?  Cost?

    That is where we're having our wedding too. Are you planning to cater it yourself? Because our caterer is taking care of dishes and glassware. Maybe you could try asking a caterer where they get theirs, or if you can rent from them.

    Not catering it myself. My caterer is providing flatwear and linens.  Glad you are having yours there too..did you find out if the final cleanup of the room is up to us, or if the Davis center provides that?  What I am wondering is, if at the end of the night, do I have to leave the room the way I found it?  Thanx!

    Well I know our florist is coming back to take care of the flowers, and I assume the caterer will take care of their stuff. Other than what the vendors are taking care of, we are probably responsible for clean up.

    The caterer usually provides these, however T and R party center offer chair covers for the Davis Center as well as Plates glassware and such.


    Which Caterers are you both using!?!??! I was planning on using Leo's but the quote they have given me is outrageous...

    I am from florida and don't know much about caterers in that area. I am also getting married at the davis center, in April. :)

    idk about in youngstown, but you can try millers party rental or sullys party rental...theyre both in akron. reasonably priced. 

    @missmatchy, try Ivan's Catering, he's a very nice guy and will work with you on getting you where you need to be on cost :)
