Uhh, I hope NO brides would consider lipo, breast implants, or extreme dieting for their wedding!

I wouldn't suggest any. He didn't ask to marry you with any of those things. Plus, what if something happens and your big day is ruined??
And the whole time, my future husband was in the room...... image image

Having plastic surgery is a very personal decision and many people do it for different reasons.  Personally, I will be having some done prior to my wedding, but I planned to do it long before he proposed.  (I actually had the surgery scheduled over a year ago and then I had to cancel it due to a family issue and was unable to reschedule it until this summer.)

Additionally, it was a decision that I made for myself and he supports because it is what I want.  If it is something that you have thought of for a long time and weighed all of the risks and have found a good, honest surgeon than you should do it and not feel at all bad about it.
