Calligrapher?

Hello!  I am a Pittsburgh Knottie who lives in Chicago, getting married on July 17, 2010, and I have a local question.  Could you please recommend a calligrapher in the Chicago area?  We are inviting about 300 people to our wedding, so I expect to have slightly over 150 invitations to be addressed.

I used A Fine Letter in Naperville.  Not sure where you are living in Chicago but Melissa is great!  She is super sweet and did a great job!  And not to mention has some great prices!

Dare I be controversial, but I actually used a calligrapher that was out of state.  Her prices were really good, her samples were impressive, and she didn't charge me extra for using metallic ink on stardream paper (many calligrapher do charge a premium). 

For me, the calligrapher's sample work meant a lot of me and my calligrapher was willing to customize a font based on my feedback.

I ended up sending her a box with my envelopes & escort cards via Fedex ground with a return label and she sent them back in my box.    They were BEAUTIFUL!  The cost of shipping was much lower than some fo the local Chicago calligraphers I priced out.
