DIY Back pocket panel invitation instructions?

Has anyone had any success creating invitations that have a pocket on the back? Below is a picture of what I'm referring to. Any advice on how to DIY would be great!!

Hi! I made complete pocket fold invites but I'm sure the instuctions for these are just about the same. I got a lot of tips from the blog Road to the Aisle. You might be able to maneuver the measurements and get the same idea. Otherwise check out weddingbee. I got more help there. Good luck!!
