I know how helpful these reviews can be so here goes:
Old Orchard Country Club in Mount Prospect - A+ - Wow is all I can say. Lisa is just awesome and I didn't have a DOC so she was really helpful. The place was just gorgeous!
Flowers by Sheri - A - I actually booked my florist when I was showing the country club off to my mother, Sheri was setting the room up for a wedding that day and I was so impressed I booked a meeting with her and I did the exact same centerpieces. Very affordable becasue she does it out of her house.
Classic Chair Covers - A+, so easy to work with, great prices. They really made the whole room come together.
Aries Chartered Transportation - right now a D - they never picked us up at the country club to take us to the church, we had to scramble to find enough room for the bridal party to get to the church, we are wokring on getting a partial refund so far they have not responded well, may change my rating if we get a refund because there was awful flooding that day.
Starlight - A - Claudia did a great job with our hair and even added 1 person on 2 days before the wedding. She made it to our hotel by 7ish and the traveling wasn't easy that day!
Renee Fischer - A+++, makeup she is one of my bridesmaids friends and did just a fantastic job...loved all our makeup!
Di Arte Entertainment - A+ - the string quartet for our ceremony was absolutely beautiful!
Scott Tureskis Photography - A+, so this is my cousin but he is a professional photographer out of Champaign and does some weddings in Chicago. He is amazing, he even took professional family pictures for my entire bridal party. All the photos were posted on his site the next week and there are over 1,000!
An Enchanted Evening - A - Mike was great, seriously we had an PACKED dance floor the entire night! It helped that my 6 yr old stepson was a dancing maniac all night. The only negative was that he didn't play all of our must plays, I completely understand why because when you have a packed dance floor you don't really want to change the music but every time he did it was still packed.
