Lingerie shops in Chicago? Need a plus-size longline bra

I found a thread about this a couple weeks ago, but now I can't find it again :(

Anyway, I need a longline bra and my size is sort of hard-to-find in department stores (trust me, I've been to all of them!)

In the thread I found earlier, they recommended Tina's Closet in Lisle, which looked promising online, but that's a little far out for me (I'm in Prospect Heights, which is near Mt. Prospect & Wheeling) and there another place in Highland Park, but from their website, it didn't look that great.  Intimacy's a little expensive for me, I think.

Any other suggestions?

    I went to Tina's Closet, and did not have any luck at all.  (plus IMO, Tina was rude-I'm plus sized and was looking for a long line that didnt create more bumps/rolls than I already have & she's basically said that it was that or nothing.)  I know it's far for you, but there's a shop in Palos Heights that I had luck with- mary del corsetieres, If you don't find a shop by you, I'd try them.

    Me:28 DH:28 TTC since 1/11 Dx: unexplained IF/early DOR
    Feb'12- Clomid/TI with CD3 &21 labs(normal)& SA-count 6mil/ml,morph/motil OK-BFN
    April'12 Ultrasounds,HSG -clear, slight acurate uterus
    5/14 IUI #1-50 mg clomid-post wash total motile count 19.3 prometrium 2dpiui= BFN
    6/11-IUI #2-100 mg clomid & prometrium post wash count total motile 17.5 = BFN
    7/6 IUI#3 with 100 mg clomid, estridiol, prometrium. post wash total motile count 23.3 = BFN
    8/30IVF#1 BCPs, Follistim, Menopur,Ganerelix,Novarel.
    ER 9/11-8R, 7M, 5F.
    ET 9/14 2 embies transferred. 1 10cell Grade 4, 1 8cell Grade 4. No frosties. BFN
    IVF#2 BCPs, Follistim, Menopur, Ganerelix, Novarel, Baby Aspirin
    ER 12/5-16R, 12M, 8F!
    ET 12/10 5dt! 1 fully expanded blast & 1 early blast. No frosties. BFN
    2/13- Saline sono revealed a polyp. All additional labwork coming back normal. Genetic screen revealed DH has MTHFR deficiency & I am a carrier for it.
    3/13 hysteroscopy & polypectomy
    next up-Reproductive immunologist Appt 3/27, cycling in may?

    Sally-Ann's Corset Shop, 109th & Western, Chicago.  They have a website.  But, more importantly, they have absolutely everything.

    I recommended Tina's Closet :( I'm sorry your experience wasn't great.

    I'm from Lisle, and I have been to Tina's Closet a few times. It is true that Tina works wonders, but like many department stores those wonders stop at a certain size. I went dress shopping at David's Bridal and they had me wear one of their longline bras. It was a 44 DDD and super supportive and slimming. At least try them it can't hurt.

    I keep my dress at my grandma's house because she doesn't have cats like I do, and I stopped there to pick it up so wherever I went, I could try the dress on with it.  My grandma lives in Morton Grove, and she suggested Schwartz's, so I went there since it was so close.

    As it turns out, strapless bras fit very differently than regular bras, so I just ended up needing a different size (two band sizes smaller and one cup size smaller- who'da guessed?!?!) and now I'm good.

    Trousseau in Lakeview in the city. Has everything and they will custom fit you.
