Bachelorette Party South/Southwest

Hello,
I'm looking for ideas for a bachelorette party in the beverly/mt. greenwood, oak lawn, orland, palos, etc.  area.  We originally wanted to have it at Cooper's Hawk in Orland but they do not rent out their semi-private space on Friday or Saturday nights and their Private room has a $3000 minimum- a little too steep for us.  We're going to have about 35 people- any ideas?

How about Osteria Ottimo (it is on LaGrange south of 159th) in Orland Park in  the plaza by Champs, Hoolighans, ect).  I am not sure what their minimum is but i loved their food!
