Has anyone used Alour Events in Hickory Hills? I'm thinking of getting a day of planner for my DIY daughter's wedding (yes, she said she wants one!) as a gift and I'm looking for input.

Never heard of them- How did you hear of them? Personally, I like to decide on a coordinator/planner by name and not company.

Check out Karolina Warren, Weddings by Karolina. She is totally AWESOME!!!!
She did our wedding and we had so much to be coordinated, catering, liquor, linen, flowers, music, ceremony and she was wonderful. She travels anywhere in Chicago land. www.weddingsbykarolina.com Her pricing is very reasonable too.
Even when she does "Day of Coordination" she still is very involved in the pre planning!!!
