Do you like it? I am complemplating on getting the iphone or the Google nexus phone, or Galaxy S phone this weekend....

I don't have a smart phone, but my FI had the 2nd gen iphone and loved it, but when we moved to the UK he had to get an Android. At first he loved it, but now he really HATES his phone (it's a galaxy) and wishes he had the iPhone again. He thinks b/c Android is open source, it is more prone to bugs and crashing / freezing a lot. HTH!

LOVE LOVE LOVE my iphone!!  I am currently using a work blackberry while i am in Barcelona and I HATE it!

If you are a programmer/hacker and want to be able to do things with your phone yourself, then definitely get an android. However if you don't want to hack it then definitely go with the i-phone. I've had both, but enjoy my android better because i can do all customizable code on it and really have it be my own.

I was stuck between the same thing, iPhone or Galaxy.. and I've decided iPhone. It absolutely drives me NUTS that there's constantly tons of apps only for iPhones while BB and Android are "coming soon" ughh

cool, thanks ladies! I will let you know what i go with. I have been leaning towards the iphone but got mixed reviews so it was jading my decision.

macfam, i am okay with computers but i am no whiz so all that coding stuff wouldn't do me any good lol.

My FI has one and I HATE IT!!!!!!! I hate having to poke over and over and over at the screen and sometimes it freezes. The battery will die within a short time frame of the day so you have to keep your charger on you at all times!!

I love my iPhone. I had the Droid 2 before and it was terrible, I had to charge it 3 times a day to make it last. I thought I was going to hate not having a keyboard, but the iPhone is the best phone I have ever had!

I LOVE my iPhone. 

Melissa-it sounds like the phone might be corrupted, if you go to an Apple store they can run a diagnostic on it and tell you how to fix it. The same thing was happening to my mom's phone and it's working perfectly now.

I hated my iPhone at first. After the initial getting used to it period I now love it!
