Has anyone used this company or know anyone who has? I'm interested in hearing some reviews of them. I really like the pictures on their website (and the link they send you when you ask for a price quote), but I'm slightly nervous because there's no ones name on the site or a location--just a phone number with a 614 area code. Should this make me nervous, or should I pursue this a little further and see what happens? I've only asked for the price quote so far, and I got a very professional (but impersonal) email in reply. TIA!
