looking for a photographer

I am getting married in June and still in need of a photographer. Any suggestions??? I'm hoping to spend around 1600 and would prefer 2 photographers for the day. Has anyone heard of Chicagoland Event Photography? http://eventphotographers.smugmug.com/

    I've never heard of Chicagoland Event Photography but we are using Erica Rose Photography for our July 3, 2010 wedding.  We have similar budgets and I was able to get 2 photographers. Her website is erosephoto.com. HTH!

    We are using Dale Jewell. He's charges $1400 for all day, rights to the digital images, and an album. http://www.aoneweddingphotos.com

    there are a lot of companies in that price. just ask the right questions when you are getting a price that low.

    do they afford backup equipment with that low price?
    is the album leather for that price?
    is the second photographer actually professional?
    how many hours are included?
    is there a fee to get the digital files?
    i noticed a few photographers that were on the cheap end charged an extra fee to get the pictures before a certain date or without meeting minimum order requirements.

    We are using Gina & Tony Photographers (I recently posted about them).  They are a husband & wife team so you automatically get 2 photographers.  I'm not sure what type of package you're looking for but they start at $1750.  Their website is gntphoto dot com.

    Check out Tasha at www.redwallphotography.com.  She has reasonably priced packages and she's a TON of fun.

    What's your date?  I just canceled the wedding I had planned and was using Danielle Aquiline for June 26, 2010.  I REALLY didn't want to cancel her... but we decided to do a destination wedding instead.  She's only 1 photographer, but she's awesome, and the price is right.
