Well Spun Weddings - Anyone used them?

I am using them, and relized I never really asked if anyone had good things to say about them. 

I liked their samples, and their prices, and so I just went with it!

Anyone want to tell me  the good, bad, advice, what to make sure I ask them , etc? 

The wedding is getting close, and I'm trying tp get my ducks in a row!!
