Hair Stylist reccommendations - Orland Park area

hello ladies,

I need to start thinking about hair stylists for my wedding party and possibly myself.

there will be 3 bridesmaids, 1 flowergirl (age 6), possibly 2 moms, and myself.

Who works well with different hair types (we run from thin to insanely thick and straight to corkscrew curls)?

Which stylists will be ok with styling at your home or staging area (I'm not relaly keen on running to the salon and back in january)

what are average prices?  I know we're looking for full up dos, half backs, and full down dos.

how responsive are they to emails or phone calls? do they get back to you quickly?

thanks a bundle!

I got my hair done at a salon, which I know you said you would rather have it done in your home but I highly recommend Becky @ Amato Salon and Spa (159th and Harlem). She has naturally curly hair herself so is really good at helping people figure out what to "do" with their curly hair or any hair type. The rest of the stylists are super sweet too.

I think my BM's paid $65 for what they call "special occasions styles". I think they have a couple different options for hair/make up for brides and you can probably customize if you don't want make up or a trial, etc. If you are a new customer, you can get $25 off if you bring the coupon on their website: http://www.amatohairdesign.net/

I'm working with Debbie from London's Page and she's traveling to our hotel.  She based out of the South 'burbs, not too far from you.  She's had some great ideas for my hair as well as my bridesmaids and she's super easy to get along with. Definitely and highly recommend!  :)
