had a meeting with kio kreations florist today!

So i just wanted to share my experience that I had with Kristen who is the owner of kio kreations as many of you know.  Basically, I think she is extremely talented from all the work that she showed me today and she is VERY reasonably priced.  I had a pretty tall order with a limited budget and she is making it all come true for me.  In a nut shell I have around 16 for a bridal party, 200+ guests, 2 types of centerpieces, and ceremony decor.  Since one of my favorite flowers is peony's and they aren't available in August she had some great backup flowers for me and I couldn't be happier with her suggestions.  One other thing I was impressed with is the fact that she doesn't charge an arm and a leg for rentals.  For my centerpieces she is going to have to purchase a few things that she doesn't currently have but she is not charging a dime extra which is really impressive.  I just wanted to share because I really feel like I am getting a very good deal for the amount of flowers and work that will go into creating my floral arrangements.  My centerpieces alone involve candlesticks, the floral arrangement, crystal beading, feathers, pillar candles, and votives.  I'm truly impressed.

She truly is! One of my FI coworkers just got married and we attended their wedding.  Their centerpieces were lanterns with fake flowers so I had assumed they tightened their budget in that area.  Turns out they spent 4,000 on the florist and I am now wondering where the hell their money went.  Not that their centerpieces weren't pretty.. but they were fake flowers.. I'm just saying.. Im spending way less than that and I am having garden roses, spray roses, orchids, and lisianthus.. I feel like I'm getting the deal of a lifetime!
