is anyone using shannon or can anyone recommend someone for DOC? we're still up in the air if we want to use one at all, but are leaning toward it and i was just hoping for some input. tia.

I am actually using Shannon Gail for my planner, she started with us about a month ago and has been a lot of help. I would recommend her.

I used her too! She was awesome and helped with A LOT more than just Day Of even though I only paid for Day Of. You'll love her
