wedding postponed...need new venue

My fiance and I decided to postpone our wedding and our venue wont allow us to apply our deposits towards a future date, so I am looking for other venue options. Our  theme is vintage romantic, so Im looking for something  a little outside the box. We are having about 100 people and are looking to stay around 50-60$, including bar. Prefer south/west suburbs of chicago. Any ideas are welcome!!

We're getting married at Jacob Henry Mansion in Joliet. So far, it's been a wonderful experience. It's family owned and operated (grandparents own it and the mom and two granddaughters are wedding coordinators) so there is a ton of pride and ownership.

They have a church, the mansion, and a ball room all in one place. You can use one, two or all three parts. They also have a pretty landscaped yard that can hold a ceremony if you wish.

They have different food & bar options so it's easy to customize and they might be able to work within your price range.

I also chose there because it's vintagy and 'out of the box.' It's definitely worth checking into!

EDIT: How crappy of your venue for not letting you switch your wedding date! There is no way I'd go back there. What venue if you don't mind me asking? Just curious.
