Calligrapher Recommendations Please

One of my friends is engaged and looking for a reasonably priced calligrapher for her invitation envelopes.  Does anyone have someone that they would recommend?  When I was getting married I got so many wonderful tips from these boards I thought this would be the perfect place to find her some help!  Thank you in advance

I was really happy with my calligrapher, Michele Clark. She lives in Staten Island, NY but her prices were so good (she did not charge me extra for different color ink or having shimmery envelopes) that I ended up paying Fedex Ground to ship my stuff there and back.

When comparing her prices to local calligraphers, I still saved money  and Michele was willing to customize the style based on your feedback.

I'm using Christy Toney.  She's also designing our invites, programs, menu cards, and escort cards and we've been more than happy so far.  Her company is CT Designs  website is http://ct-designs.com

We're using www.tampacalligraphy.com. She does digital calligraphy, but it's only $.50 per envelope.  We're having the envelopes shipped directly to her from the printer, so we'll only have to pay for return postage.

We're ordering our invitations through her website, so she does the calligraphy for free.  Instead of saving the extra $, I upgraded to the invitations I really wanted.

She promised us 24 hour turnaround.

I second Calligraphy by Cristine (http://www.calligraphybycristine.com). She did our outer envelopes and they turned out beautifully.  She's also super-responsive.
