CD & ME reviews??

Has anyone had their reception or been to a wedding ceremony and/or reception here before?  I'm finding it difficult to find any reviews of weddings at this venue.  Thanks ladies

Been to events there.  Beautiful outdoor space, especially in summer.  Food is good, and service is friendly.  Tented area was well air conditioned and very comfortable.  The only other venue in the area that I would consider remotely comparable (though the actual event space is in a permanent building) would be Odyssey in Tinley Park.  I suspect that CD&Me is significantly more affordable, but I could be wrong.

I have their rental information because I was really interested in them (especially because they are a hop skip and jump away from my house!  Unfortunately I couldn't meet their minimum or their prices. 

The grounds are very pretty though!

I went to a wedding there a few years ago. It was beautiful! They had an outdoor ceremony and the reception was indoors. It has a very cozy look about it. Plenty of room to dance! The only complaint I had was the food. It was served buffet style which was a hastle because there were 200 guests in line waiting for food. Other than that, amazing.

do you mind posting a rental cost- i know the caters are seprate i just want to know if its  any where near our budget for a ceremony/ reception

Hi Girls!  New Here!  I am having my wedding and reception at CD and ME next June.  It's a flat $1200 for the ceremony.  The reception is $60 per person for CD and ME, they provide the tables/linens/top shelf open bar (open during dinner).  Catering is seperate, with 4 or 5 approved caterers, starting at about $25 per person.
