OLD: my grandparents Greek Orthodox wedding crowns, and my grandmothers vintage pearl clutch.
NEW: my handkerchief that I had embroidered, also my shoes, and dress
BORROWED and BLUE: my parents had a cake centerpiece when they got married that shattered but they kept the two glass wedding bells after it broke.  They gave one each to my sister and myself.  I am borrowing my sisters and hanging them both on my bouquet with a blue ribbon.  Then when she gets married she will borrow mine.

I'm also putting a sixpence in my shoe!

Oh, and a Greek tradition where all of the single bridesmaids sign the bottom of my shoes in the morning and by the end of the night, the person who's name is worn off the most is the next to get married!

My mom surprised me a couple days before my wedding with these:

OLD: My maternal grandmother's ivory beaded clutch
NEW: A compact mirror with my new married name engraved on it
    BORROWED: Mom's handkerchief
BLUE: A blue pouch containing a very old charm bracelet my paternal grandmother instructed that my parents pass down to me "at a suitable time"

Mom said she couldn't find a sixpence, so she gave me a silver dollar instead. It was a little too big to put in my shoe, but it was a sweet thought!
