We already have booked a venue for our reception, and now we are in the process of looking for a place to hold our ceremony. We are not having a church wedding, and are looking for a place very close to downtown Chicago possibly in a park, museum, library, or other unique space.
We are running into a little trouble finding a place that is available on a saturday afternoon and will accomodate us for a ceremony only (no reception). It seems like most venues only allow space rental after 6pm and will only allow a ceremony if you are booking your reception as well.
Does anyone have a suggestions for us? We'll have about 150 people, and the wedding is in June. Thanks!!
