NWR: La Gondola - Belmont location closed??

I know several of you at fans...DH's coworker told him last week that the belmont location closed due to alochol violations.

Last we were there, Valentines, it was still BYOB.

I looked online but can't find any info and it's still listed on their website.  I live nearby, but haven't gone to look yet.

Has anyone else heard this?  Or been recently?

I talked with the owner Andy this week and I am having my birthday dinner there this weekend.  When I talked to him Wednesday they were still waiting to get their liquor license and were anticipating getting it the 1st of April - but he let me do BYOB for my party on the 9th anyway.

Although I have to say, I love that it's been BYOB thus far!

Me too!  WelI  I think they did get their license so it wont be BYOB anymore - luckily Andy is super cool and still let us do it this weekend.  Otherwise it is a $15 corkage fee per bottle!
