SonRay Events - any experience with this decorator?

Hi! Has anyone used SonRay Events as their decorator or heard anything about them? They were recommended to me by several people and am just curious if you guys are familiar with them..? Thanks!

We tried contacting them for linens and they never returned my phone calls...so I cannot directly comment on how their decor looks, but I can say they need to be a little more on top of their clients (and potential clients).

We used them and I was extremely disappointed with their service and they have completely ignored any of my requests to resolve their errors on the day of my wedding.  Their execution on the day of the wedding was completely terrible.

There is a fairly long laundry list of issues, but I will go over the highlights:
1)  During the planning process we interacted with one of the owners, Maria.  She stated she would be onsite the day of our wedding since she had the detailed knowledge of what needed to be done.  She did not show-up on the day of the wedding.

2)  I would be okay with her not showing up if her replacements had detailed knowledge of what we discussed with Maria, they did not at all. 

3)  The wedding altar was the wrong color scheme, my wife (on the morning of our wedding) had to walk them through the correct scheme.  Even then they still did not fix the aisle decorations.

4)  Decorations for the reception were not set up on time.  My wife's bridesmaids had to help in order to insure it was done before guests entered.

5)  Center pieces were wrong.  Rather than having a flower in the glass cylinders as we discussed, the cylinders were just empty.

6)  Maria ignored our phone calls the day of when we were trying to figure out why everything was wrong.  Only when we called her from one of her employee's cell phones did she pick up.  

I would absolutely not recommend you use them for any event unless you want to be stressed out on the day of your event only to have them not carry through on any of their responsibilities or promises.
