Has anyone been to this resort?  pros/cons?

I went there on vacation with my family a few years ago.  We went right after it opened and there were a fair amount of things that were incomplete (even though they said they were supposed to be ready by the time the place opened) so my review may not be 100% accurate.

Pros - the weather in Huatulco was awesome...better than any other place I've been to in Mexico, the rooms were nice, they had filtered water so supposedly it was safe to drink (I never took the risk!), wait staff was plentiful by the pools, not overly saturated with kids

Cons - some of the resort entertainment was a little cheesy, not a huge selection for dining options (or at least after a week, it was getting a little repetitive...but I know that at least one restaurant wasn't open when we were there), not much nightlife

Overall, we had a really nice time but I know there were some things that my parents (and I) were disappointed about.  Like I said, we went in December 2008, which was right after it opened, so it's possible that a lot of the disappointing things have been fixed!
