2011 wedding at Cuneo Museum??

I am planning my wedding for Sept. 2011 at the Cuneo museum in Vernon Hills. I have been having a terrible experience working with the new management and newly hired caterers (Bauers Catering). My fiance and I love the grounds at the Cuneo. Otherwise, there is absolutely no way we would continue to work with these people with unacceptable customer service. 

I am just wondering if there are any other brides having this same problem. What are you doing to handle it?! I thought wedding planning was supposed to be fun

We are getting married in July 2011 and looked at Cuneo a few months ago, but at that point they didnt have the new company and said they were going to be doing construction until the spring of 2011. We loved the place but didn't want to take the risk of scheduling a wedding and there still being contruction. I found it really hard to get in contact with them. HOpefully they will get their act together!
