pipe and drape

Sorry, I know this is obnoxious, but my venue coordinator got us some quotes for pipe and drape (like a backdrop but more flowy material if that makes sense) and they are in the $500-800 range.  There is no way I am paying that much for some material. We would like to have this to put behind the head table on a wall that has some ugly looking doors.

Any suggestions on companies that do/have this? Thanks!

    Hey aim!  We purchased pipe and drape for our building (for when elevators go out of service) and they are pretty decent quality.  We used Indestructo Rental Company, their website is http://www.tent-rental-chicago.com/. I cant remember how much it cost, but I remember renting was cheaper than purchasing (obvious reasons).  Other than that, the only other thing I can think of would be maybe contacting a linen company to see if they have any options?  Good luck!

    Another good company I could Reccomend would be Silver Star Displays. I have used for them for serveral projects i have had, I have found them to be consistantly priced lower than alot of other wholesalers out there. Below is a link to their website
