Hot dog cart!!?

I really want a hot dog cart as a late night snack, but they don't do minis just regular size hot dogs... Its a downtown chicago wedding and I have seen it done in magazines! Thoughts ideas?! Ya or No?!

OMG, Yes!  How fun...

In fact, FI and I were at a wedding like 4 years ago, yayyyy before we were ever engaged, and were talking to a couple who had a hot dog cart planned for their wedding late night snack.  FI thought this was genius!  If we weren't doing McDonald's cheeseburgers for our late night snack, we'd definitely be looking into the hot dog cart!

I say go for it!

I LOVE THIS IDEA!! we thought about it...Photo's Hotdogs in the NW burbs has a mini cart they rent out. we're not sure if we're doing a late night snack yet but I say do it if you can!

That's such a cute idea!

We did pizza and it was a huge hit!! I was so happy we did it b/c at dinner I was still so "nerved up" I barely ate.  I think I may have eaten 3 pieces of pizza when it was served

We did the Hot Dog cart for our late night snack and it was an absolute hit!  We didn't think that our guests were going to consume so many hot dogs because of dinner.  We ended up ordering additional to meet the demand of our guests.  I highly recommend going this route!  People still rave about the hot dogs. 

We had "Mustard's last stand" in Evanston to come down.  They were so nice!

We are only having appetizers as its a cocktail reception, but we are saving a mini fajita bar for later on...i love the idea of something to serve late night...dogs, burgers, pizza, subs, etc

What time do the "late night" snacks/food usually come out?  I'm wondering if this is fesible for myself b/c we only have our facility until midnight.

We only have our space until midnight too. The snacks will come out around 11. It's a couple hours after dinner and people will have most likely had 3-4 more drinks so it'll be munchie time. It also sober up guests a little bit so they'll be ready to head home at midnight.
