"Toast and Jam" DJS - What makes them good?

Hey fellow knotties - 

Toast and Jam DJs has great reviews online... for those of you who have had them as DJs at your wedding, are they really THAT good?

What makes them so good?

Do they primarily play indie music? Or are they able to adjust to your favorite type of music?

we had T&J and really really loved them. They played our must plays and do not plays but what sold us was their song library. When you meet with them, they get a feel for the kind of music you want played and for the feel of your wedding. We were sold by several songs we saw listed. One of our fav parts about them was they do not try to entertain your guests, they are your DJs and let the music lead the party.

They kept our dance floor packed all night and several times since our wedding I've had guests ask for the soundtrack from our wedding. We went to a wedding past weekend and danced to only 2 songs throughout the entire night because they played the usual mix of 70s/line dance/techno stuff you hear at weddings.

If they fit in your budget, I encourage you to meet with them. You will be sold at that meeting.

My sister in law's wedding had them last year. Dance floor was packed. The DJ was a girl with short brown hair.

We had Dustin for our 9/3 wedding, and I swear every guest told me it was the best music for a wedding they had experienced. The dance floor was packed all night too. My favourite vendor for sure!

They don't play the same batch of songs that you hear at *every* wedding you've ever attended.  All of them are music fanatics and there's quite a few that are djs on an indie radio station.  We met with Emily and she totally understood what we wanted for our reception and the dance floor was packed all night.  We absolutely trusted them to do their job and our guests have continued to comment on how great the music was and how much fun they had.  If you can book them for your wedding, do it!  They were one of our best vendors.
