Manicures and Pedicures

Hi Ladies,
I am looking for a good place to take my mom, FMIL, and all of my bridesmaids (4) for manicures and pedicures the day before the wedding.  We are looking for a place either downtown or in Lincoln Park where we can bring in food and have a nice relaxing time.

Thanks for the help!

Not sure if you've ever had the "no-chip" manicure, but it's fantastic! The place that does it is Sanctuary Nail Spa on Wells, just south of North Avenue. They also do a really nice pedicure.

I'm not sure if you can bring in food - though I can't see them caring. You could try them out.

The Spa Space does group events like this.  It's downtown on the North West side of the Loop.   I've also done Pinky's before, they have multiple locations.
Me: 35/Hubs: 35 - just moved to Minneapolis from Chicago. TTC for 18 months and expecting baby #1 April 18, 2012! Needed IVF after a few failed rounds of IUI and it worked!

On the recommendation of several other Knotties, we did ours a Juko on Division.  They were great - they allow you to bring in drinks and seem to cater very well to groups.

I'm taking my BMs to Arbre Nail Salon....they have a location in Old Town on Wells and Streeterville on Ontario & McClurg. Super cute salon that plays Sex & The City on their TVs and lets you BYOB & snacks! Worth a look.....check it out!

I'm taking my group to Bijou at 471 W Erie (in River North).  It's my usual nail place, and they always do a great job.  They don't require a deposit, you can bring in whatever you like (food, champagne, ect), and they have the best massage chairs!  They also have a big screen TV, so you can play your favorite wedding movie.
