bridal bootcamp!!

dose anyone know of a Bridal Bootcamp workout class in the Wicker Park area of Chicago!! i would love to workout with people that have some of the same goals as me and that support and accountability would keep me on track!!! thanks

    Try Unicus fitness... they have a great bridal bootcamp!

    Windy City bootcamp is really good... its not a bridal bootcamp per say, but very intense workout!

    The "Getting in Shape" board has a group of wonderful ladies that are encouraging and help with accountability. I loved the board while I was losing my weight over the last year.
    I also advocate Weight Watchers. Lost 20 and maintained since last November, but I went back to lose that last 10 lbs. It's working!

    I did the Wedding Boot Camp at Unicus and it was awesome. I wish that I had the $ and the time to do it for another month, but I really just wanted to do it during the winter to jolt me out of hibernation mode.

    Unicus fitness is great!  If you combo two of their classes (the wedding boot camp + the beach body), you'll see results for sure.
