Save the best for last....Photography: A Jared with Lotz Studios Our engagement and wedding pictures turned out awesome!!!! Warning: Jared is not the best with time management- we were told our engagement pics would be ready in 2-3 weeks.....5 weeks later we did not have them and Jared ignored our phone calls and email. We were told our wedding pics would be ready in 3-4 weeks and it took 6 and a half. I was more annoyed that one more week always turned into 2....and I had to call to find out why there was a delay. When our wedding pics were released online I was speechless. There were over 800 pictures and I'm pretty sure I spend the entire evening going through them over and over again picking all of my favorites and planning our album and scrapbooks. He is an awesome photographer and always got those shots when you did not know he was around. I know this is his first year working full time with Lotz Studios and I have no doubt that as his experience grows so will his photography skills and "management" skills. I highly recommend him!!!Videographer: A+ Blue Skies My sister had Blue Skies do her video and it did not turn out as she had hoped- they were busy during her weekend and contracted out for help and the help did not have his camera on the correct setting so the wedding was dark. Needless to say I took the chance and met with Julie. She won we over with her sample videos. I left their house telling my finace that I had to have a video. The videographer was not in the budget my parents had given me but I wanted it so badly I put money aside each week so it would not be one huge chunk at the same time. When we got back from our honeymoon our video was ready. My husband and I watched it together the night we picked it up. It caught every little detail- including him crying as I was walking down. As we watched the video I glanced over and saw him wipe away a few tears. When we were finished with the video we both looked at each other with complete amazement and announced we both loved the video. My husband had always been on the fence whether we needed a video but when I got home from work later the week we got the videos and he was watching it again and again I knew it would be something that we cherish forever! Julie and Chris are awesome to work with!! Even if you do not think a video is in your budget- just think how in 1, 5 or even 10 years how special it is to look back and watch your wedding video.
