Zeno Hot Spot... has anyone tried??

Hi Ladies...

Just wondering if anyone has tried the Zeno Hot Spot... more importantly, does it work?  I'm considering getting one to have on hand "just in case."

I have something similar called thermaclear...I really like it. It tends to work best on the really deep painful zits before they get to the surface. Once they are full blown zits, the heat zappers can actually irritate it more than kill it, so you may wanna keep that in mind!
