Black fabric for envelope liners?

Hi,
Any recs on where to get formal black fabric/paper for DIY envelope liners? (anything unique aside from matte black paper)? Checked Papersource and not much of a selection.
On a similar note, does anyone know what that satin-type fabric/paper is -often used for formal envelope liners- that has the tiny vertical textured lines on it (as if you scratched your nail against it, it would make that zip/ zig zag sound)?

I'm not sure exactly what you're describing but it kind of sounds like laid paper with the lines. I used wrapping paper for the envelope liners for our STDs and it worked like a charm.
