I am trying to find a wedding coordinator on Oahu and I am having quite a bit of difficulty!  Can anyone suggest someone?  I thought I had found the perfect one but I can't get her to call me back, it's like now that I want to hire her, she has disappeared.  Any help would be appreciated!

    I hired weddings by grace and mona and just love mona! :) we were in contact with others but were turned off when we found out that the person we were in contact with wouldn't be the one running our wedding so when you choose just be careful :)

    I am using Dianna with Oahu Weddings for DOC. She has been great to work with. Calls back within hours. Top notch communication. I only needed her for day of, but she has several packages to choose from.

    i'm using kathe.  just booked her a couple of weeks ago and she has been FABULOUS! and very affordable.  most of all, she was very responsive.  we exchange emails almost everyday and she has been so patient with my million questions.  i also talked to tristin from finishing touch.  i think she would've been great too.  i just clicked better with kathe.  and hawaii events.  i tried to contact them. dianna said she would not be in town my wedding week, so she put me in contact her partner wai.  i contacted them about mid october, wai said she was so busy she would not be able to give me a quick consultation until november 11. reallly??? so i decided that was a big hint that she was not going to be as responsive as i needed her to be.  i really suggest kathe garcia.  she has been nothing but great!

    Alicia Hollinger from Milestone Events Hawaii.  She is fantastic!  She really went the extra mile on our wedding day.  Review in my bio.

    Love my coordinator - Katy Castillo. She's responsive, explains things really thoroughly, and very organized. Overall has made the process so clear and has made me feel so at ease!
