big island suggestions

i am starting to plan a big island wedding for jan 2013.  its going to be very small with a large AH reception. i am thinking black sand beach ceremony with lava fields dinner.  definetly renting a house for everyone to stay at.  i found james rubio photography which i LOVE but its $$$.  need help on a wedding coordinator please!  also looking for a bakery suggestion so we can have a small cake to celebrate with. looking for big island based only pls.  any other advice is welcomed and i am looking forward to beeing on this board for the nexxt year

My only suggestion is our photographer, we got married on Oahu, but they're based on the Big Island. Try WhiteDot Photography, Mark & Emily are great...Love them!
