Sorry for the late reply...I haven't been online forever - we jsut moved into a house so, I've been busy unpacking...These numbers are going to be an approximate b/c my parents actually planned almost everything - as a special treat to my mom I let her just run wild and do her thing (she's great at decorating anyways!)We had about 180 people and it was approx $12,000 for everything (dinner, coctail hour and appetizers, cake cutting and the enormous bar bill - we shut the open bar down at 9:30 and had signs posted at the bars with that info - let me know if you have any other questions)It was a great venue - we LOVED it!with 140 people it was going to be around 9,000I'm not sure what your budget is but, I hope that helps
