Maui Wedding License Appt

Does anyone know who/where to contact re: scheduling an appointment to get your marriage license?  I found the application form online, but can't locate a number to call about scheduling an appointment.  Thanks for insight if anyone knows!

    Our WC helped us with the appointment.  I think there are agents on different parts of Maui.  Since we were staying in West Maui, we went to one in Lahaina.  Here's her contact info:Lynn Steberg277 Wili Ko Pl, #232(808) 667-4099Maybe you can try calling Lynn and see if there is another agent closer to where you're staying.     I googled agents and then emailed the one closest to us.

    Our agent was Cynthia Wolfe and she's located in Kihei.  The hotel scheduled the appointment for us, but I'm sure you can schedule it yourself.  She has a small office at her house and we hung out on a bench in her backyard while we waited for the other couple.  It helps if you complete the application first to save some time.
