Hi girls, I'm posting from MA, helping my friend in NY plan a destination wedding in HI! Her wedding is March 2010 in Honolulu. They're on a budget so I need suggestions for affordable videographers.. help!!

We had a REALLY affordable videographer ($75/hr for TWO videographers and $100 for travel--he came from Kauai) BUT we have to do our own video editing and everything (which I have still yet to do) b/c we just got the raw video footage. Is that somethng your friend would want or did you guys want to find someone who would do the editing and everything for an affordable rate?

G'Day, I am using Princeton from First Class Media for my May 2010 wedding. I am paying 600 for ceremony only coverage, 2 cameras, bridal party getting ready footage, after ceremony photoshoot coverage, fully editied and 2 copies of dvd.www.fcmhi.com

Hi there! I highly recommend my videographer-Waikiki Video Productions. http://www.waikikivideopro.com I paid about $700 and they include pre-ceremony prep, ceremony and reception. My video is the bottom sample on his website. Lawrence is awesome, professional, and friendly. I would descrive their company as the budget version of high end videographers. I am so happy with my edited DVD. Tell him Catherine sent you! Good luck!

I originally booked an affordable videographer until that company disappeared ( no returned calls or e-mails). A few of my friends used Video 21 and was extremely happy with them.
