I have no shame in telling you that I looked through ALL of them! Your wedding looked like so much fun!!!! The food made me drool, and I absolutely love the pictures of you and Phil out by the water and by the giant tree sitting in those chairs. Did you make your flower vases? They looked so cool. I am also so impressed with the paper cranes on the arch, they turned out great. I loved seeing the Olowalu grounds too.  You look beautiful and so happy. Thanks for sharing!!

oh my goodness Alyson...I truly don't know how you are going to pick which pictures to hang on the wall.  They really are so gorgeous.  Yall do look so happy & everyone looked like they were having so much fun! And I say this every single time, but I am so jealous of your sunset.  I really want to drag DH back to Hawaii just so we can take more wedding pics & hopefully get a real sunset!  (darn rain!)

Aw Vanessa - we barely had a sunset. I think that moment was the one day all evening! In fact, right after it, a cloud sat on us and it misted for about 5-10 minutes during dinner. We also lost the tradewinds after the cloud touched down, and it was PAINFULLY humid. You can see me oh-so-elegantly hiking up my dress to get some ventilation under there. It was SOAKED by the end of the night.

Alyson, oh my goodness, but do you look BEAUTIFUL! Your pictures are amazing! You have no idea how much joy your pictures brought me because I too have hired Joanna for my wedding and seeing her beautiful work with you makes me so excited for our wedding in a few weeks!! Can you tell me how much time you spent taking "getting ready" photos and pre-ceremony photos? I will have Joanna for 5 hours and I'm not sure where to allot the time. Also, your make-up was so natural looking.. .What did you tell Jessica to have that end result (I have her, too)? I would love a similar look (I don't wear much make-up in real life). Do you remember how long it took her to do your make-up? I'm a little worried b/c she can't arrive until 1.5 hours before the ceremony, but I really wanted her, so I thought I'd risk it.
