I have the Turquoise Parasol!

Hi Everyone,I am in possession of the turquoise parasol.It is currently in Oahu at my parent's place. Does anyone need it before Tifani does on 11/14?Let me know, otherwise I will have my parents send it to her.Also, I have a bunch of random things for sale in my bio - take a look - I hope they will be able to find a second life in them.Thanks again everyone for all the well wishes and congratulations. I started pulling together my vendor reviews and should have more pictures to post to my bio soon!

If no one needs it before me, your parents can just ship it to Maui. I will talk to my photographer and perhaps he could receive it for me and maybe then it would be cheaper than shipping to the US. Or I have a friend on Oahu who is actually in the wedding and he could bring it over, to save you some shipping costs, he lives in kailua. Just let me know if I am the next one, if not then I will work something out with whom ever is before me. Thanks!!!

Hi, I love this idea!!! I'm not getting married till sept. 2011 so I'm not sure what kind of shape this parasol will be in...but how did this start...what is the process...i would sooo love to be a part of this. J. :-)

Tifani! There is someone who emailed me about needing the parasol for her Maui wedding in October. What is your email address - I just want to cc you on the email so you can work with her to coordinate getting the parasol next.

The Parasols started with a lady who made them for her wedding and then wanted to not let them go to waste so she basically gave them to the knot ladies and they have been being passed around ever since, I believe there are two, but I could be wrong, they both say "Mahalo" one is written in pink and the other is written in turquoise. Anyone else can chime in if I have said something wrong but I think that is the story! You can find the current schedule for the pink one and turquoise one if your join the "hawaii Knotties" group on facebook!

Bobride, sounds good, I guess there is someone who needs it before me, but I will be sure you and I coordinate for your wedding since you are right after me!!! Maui- I can add you on the fb list no worries, I will add you to the calendar on there, just tell me your wedding date and what island and also your knot name and real name!

Is there any way that I could use it for my wedding on Nov. 7, 2009 if someone else didn't already request it for that day?? I live on Oahu and my wedding is here too. I would LOVE to use it for pics!!
