NWR: TV obsession

So my darling FI is in Nicaragua for the week for work (yeah, he gets back 14 hours before we leave for Hawaii! ahh!!) and I am left to watch trash TV to pass to pass the time...though I LOVE it ;-) So, did anyone notice that Toddlers and Tiaras is a Hawaii pagent episode tonight?? Yeah, don't worry, I don't watch it EVER either...but I am TLC obsessed when the hubby is gone and just saw the commercial. Anyway, it's on tonight so I thought I would give I shout out to anyone who wants to watch crazy pageant moms in Hawaii...hahaha. Which brings me to a "maybe poll"....what is your TV guilty pleasure???

I've seen the commerical but I cannot bring myself to watch the show...lol  I'm not really into reality shows expect for the amazing race, the biggest loser, say yes to the dress of course...and anything related to weddings/celebrations on tlc...love love wedded to perfection...well i guess i watch more reality tv than i thought...lol! J. :-)

That's one show I haven't watched.  My favorite reality shows are: Project Runway, Realhousewives, Rachel Zoe, Flipping out (see a pattern of bravo shows???).  My guilty pleasure is bridezillas - Its like watching a accident; you want to look but can't help it.

i heart TLC too except for that trainwreck Jon &Kate (poor kids)...and that Toddlers & Tiaras show makes me question those parents....I try not to judge...but false lashes and tans do not belong on little girls! So creeeeepy!

Degrassi! Awesome - not only are you a 12 year old girl, you're a CANADIAN 12 year old! LOL!I heart Glee. Like, hugely. But ANTM is another one for me... and Dog the Bounty Hunter and Ghost Hunters.

Wow, I wouldn't even know where to start...I DVR like 4 shows a night and catch up on the weekends! Top Chef, Gossip Girl, Heroes....I watch it all.

Ahem, Glee is not a guilty pleasure, because it is a critically acclaimed show.... it is not a guilty pleasure, it is pure, unadulturated, innocent, aren't-you-glad-you-are-alive pleasure...did anyone see last night??  I had to rewatch the boys song & dance at least 3 times.  The way the main character danced - totally uncool and exuberant - it just made me so happy!!and Mrs. Shuster - her ignorance is just tongue-in-cheek funny!  And I loved loved loved the sad look between Mr. Shuster and that redhead female teacher.My friend is in love with the Asian guy after he came into her mom's restaurant while she was working there, and she thinks he is too cute to be alive.  I think eh, but his dancing was amazing!  Maybe he looks better in person.Ok, sorry, tangent.  Guilty pleasure shows are The Bachelor, and I have to admit, I watched the entire season of More to Love.  And I was really happy for them when he picked the better girl!  (the other girl was a total bi-otch).  I have seen every season of the Bachelor too, from the very beginning, almost every episode.  I know, I know.  (((hangs her head in shame)))

I am a TV junkie it seems...CSIGossip GirlVampire Diariesnot to mention the MTV reality shows: Real World, The Hills, The CityI know bad...I also think that Bridezillas is awesome and totally like watching a Train Wreck... How can they be so awful and who would want to marry them or be their bridesmaids!!  TERRIBLE!!

Haha, you are so right Alyson! I must admit lately my lunch hour is the best time of the day because I have been watching past episodes to catch up since the new episodes start on Friday. Lucky for me one of my co-workers is a fan so we can talk about all the teenage drama. Haha - I LOVE IT!
