Hawaii

good, cheap caterers?

My fiance and I are getting married 6/5/10 and we were hoping to find a caterer for 100 guest for $2500-$3000.  We both love local food and know that serving Hawaiian food would be the cheapest option.  But most of our guests will be from the mainland, so we were hoping to have something that our mainland guests would like too.  Does anyone know of any Pacific Rim caterers that were decently priced?  Also, has anyone catered from Indigo's, and if so, how expensive were they?  Any suggestions would be GREATLY appreciated!  Thanks!

That is very doable in Hawaii.  We used Poke Stop and we received so many compliments from both the Hawaii and mainland guests at how delicious the food was.  We spent $20/head which included a fresh poke bar with poke made on site.

I got catering from Indigo's, but it was delivered food, not full-service.  It was around $25 a head.  You can see pics of the food in my wedding bio.
