NWR AW - Finally Closed On My Condo!

Hi everyone!

I hope you all had a great holiday weekend.

This past Friday, I finally closed on a condo! It's been a long time coming...7 months to be exact!!! It was a short sale, so it took longer than normal. No more paying $1.50/load of laundry because I now have an in-unit washer and dryer! Yahoo! No more parking in the sun because I now have a garage!

Anyway, I know I said it's NWR, but...I held off on starting on my DIY projects because I didn't want to have to start only to have to pack up alllll of the stuff when it came time to move!

The place needs some sprucing up (laying down new carpet, painting, possibly changing the bathtubs...)

Here's a sneak peek! Definitely getting rid of those hideous window coverings! LOL.

Congrats!  I loved it when I no longer had to drag my laundry to the communal laundry room.  Love the flooring.

Lyn - I feel you! It gets sooo expensive! Plus the waiting sucks if other people aren't on top of their laundry and it just sits there...
