Hiya ladies!
I just found out my cousin CAN be our witness for our Oahu wedding! Over (too many) drinks with his boys FI invited his best friend and the gf to join us as witnesses for our wedding (in drunken recall he remembered me saying it would be nice to have someone we knew sign as our wtiness, thus the invite, smh, but can't remember to put dishes in the dishwasher....). I wasn't happy at all b/c it was just supposeded to be us, but instead of flipping out we agreed since my immediate family can't make it (and FFIL HATES to fly and FMIL won't go without him) I would ask one of my friends or other family to join as well. I asked my cousin about 2 wks ago and she just confirmed she could make it! :-) She is like a sister to me so it was perfect. Next best thing if my mom and sisters can't be there. Also when I checked our flight prices I added a rental car (I somehow forgot to budget that into our plans like a idiot) and our flight qoute when from $1420 to $1025!!!!!!! God bless Hawiaiian Airlines and Hertz Rental Car!!! :-) I was able to upgrade us to a convertible and STILL saved over $200!
