Anyone do a hula for their husband?

We're probably not going to have a first dance, but I'd love to surprise my hubby with a hula during our reception.
Did any of you do this?
How did you learn your moves?

I know 3 dances that I learned on a cruise a few years ago... but they aren't what I had in mind.

I was thinking of buying a video.  I found some possibilities, but wanted to know if any of you had any first-hand experience with any of the options out there.  Thanks!

I am planning on learning one to do at our reception!!! I really want it to be a surprise to everyone there, including FI! I plan on asking my FSIL if she knows anyone who will teach me a dance/song. That being said, I can't help you much right now, but I am in the same boat about wanting to learn!!!

I might be wrong, but I think msmoore27 did! She's mostly over on the Nestie board, but pops over here once and a while!

I was planning on doing it in my dress.  I've seen videos of brides doing this, and I think it's really sweet.  Our wedding in Hawaii will just be 12-14 of us, so it'll be intimate, and I think our families will love the surprise.  But most of all I'm hoping that FI loves the surprise!

planning to.. i'm either making my own choreo or just doing one that i already performed.. but a good song would be "Hawaiian wedding song" or "love and honesty"
