Graystone Winery

Does anyone have any experiences - good or bad - with Graystone Winery?  We are beginning to look for rehearsal dinner spots, and thought this looked like something different and right up our alley, however, I've never heard anything about it!  TIA!!!

My fiance and I looked at the Greystone winery for our ceremony/reception. It was a neat concept but very dark and dungeon-like. It is downstairs in the "basement" per se. It was also very small. It may be perfect for a rehersal dinner if you don't have a whole lot of people. It would be perfect for about 50 people or less. The atmosphere and the vibe of the place is like vintage winery. It was very "us" too except for the size and the fact that it didn't have any windows to let light in. Worth checking out!

We looked at having our rehearsal dinner there but it was a little out of my FIL price range.  We loved the feel of it and they are really flexible.

We had our rehearsal dinner there in 2007. We had a great experience. It is in the "basement" but the darkness and stone walls in my opinion gave it a great intimate feel. We fit 30+ people down there easily. Most important though, the staff went out of there way to do anything for us and the food was delicious!! Good Luck in your search!

We're having our wedding there in June and we can't wait!  Our guest list is small and we were looking for an intimate place with character.  I wouldn't call it dungeon-like, it's a wine cellar with cool brick everywhere.  The food tasting was so good, and we figured we could afford the reception b/c they had several packages to choose from, and good deals on bar options.  Our reception is in the evening, so we didn't need anything with windows anyway.  The capacity is around 100, so if you are having a small wedding it's perfect...we figure it's going to help us stay on budget b/c we can't keep adding people to the guest list.
